How are L.I.V.E classes delivered are they correspondence courses?
They are NOT correspondence programmes. Reliance Video conference infrastructure is used to deliver real time, synchronous, live education to all participating students. The interaction is live and uses high quality video, audio and data. The professors teach from dedicated studios set up for the programmes. The participants have to visit and attend classes at NIS L.I.V.E classrooms in their respective cities, at pre- fixed times.
The classrooms are at all major locations in India. One can visit any of the locations mentioned separately in this bulletin to get a first hand feel of the technology.
I travel a lot. How do I take classes? What if I miss classes?
Since the classes are simultaneously held across several locations, you can attend your class at the nearest NIS L.I.V.E classroom, wherever you are, dependent on availability of the seat. So, while you continue doing your work or leisure related travel you can still attend your class. For further details please get in touch with your classroom coordinator. Please note that you need a minimum attendance of 75%, to complete a course.
Can I take a break or a transfer to another city?
Yes, you can take a transfer easily. Just let our representatives know about your desire to transfer to another city / another classroom, within the same city if available and the transfer will be done depending on the seat-availability.
